The oven model mainly dedicated to bread baking also features a direct-injection steam supply system into the baking chamber, as well as a fan that distributes this steam evenly, perfect for baking bread and its derivatives.

Our electric pizza ovens are the result of more than 35 years of experience in designing equipment for baking pizzas, focaccias and derivatives.

Electronic and electromechanical, featuring multi-pizza and single pizza chambers: the new GAM International ovens are the solution for every production requirement, with a close focus on the environment.

The most advanced models can reach 500°C (the ideal temperature for Neapolitan pizza) thanks to their innovative cooking system and features that optimise cooking times, including: high-performance heating elements, increased power chambers and the possibility of separate control of the top and bottom power. In addition, the Economy function and the double insulation obtained by the resistant gaskets in the cooking chamber and the double-glazed doors limit heat dispersion and improve energy efficiency.

Smart control electronics with a 3.5‘’ or 7‘’ high-brightness display, the possibility of software updating via WiFi and the firing programmes storing function make our electronic ovens a market reference.

Lastly, the single pizza chamber models are the ideal solution for cooking and quickly heating any type of food in small spaces. Performing, versatile and compact, our ovens are suitable for rooms with limited space or as auxiliary ovens for the creation of a special area for cooking ‘gluten-free’ pizzas.
