On September 25th Gambero Rosso presented the 2025 edition of their Pizzerie d’Italia guide. For the occasion, GAM International awarded the 16 best pizzerias with the ‘Tre Rotelle’ prize.
‘Pizzerie d’Italia,’ published by Gambero Rosso, is the reference guide reviewing the best pizzerias in Italy, awarding them 1, 2, or 3 wedges / wheels for tray and round pizza.
GAM International – a member of Minerva Omega Group – has supported the presentation of the 2025 edition as a Sponsor. During the event, which was held in Naples at La Mostra D’Oltremare, a large multifunctional urban space in the Neapolitan city, GAM International has presented the “Tre Rotelle” award to the best pizzerias.
The event was accompanied by a tasting prepared by the award winners. For the occasion, GAM International provided the new King, Sirio, Centauri and Vega electric ovens.

Sirio – Electric oven for tray pizza and bread
Sirio is our oven specifically designed for baking bread and bread products, with a system for dispensing steam into the cooking chamber via direct injection and a fan for vapor distribution. Its 25cm-high baking chamber is ideal for bread baking.
Centauri – Electric oven for tray pizza
Centauri is our oven designed for the production in 60×40 cm trays, dedicated to baking tray pizza, focaccias, croutons and much more.
Vega – Electric pizza oven
Vega is our high-performance pizza oven line ideal for high productions. It bakes with the I.W.O.S.™ System, the electric baking system that guarantees pizza cooking equivalent to that of a wood-fired oven. It’s available in an electromechanical and in an electronic version.
