The Heavy Duty line includes mixers designed for prolonged and intense workloads.
These mixers are ideal for bakeries and pizzerias doing several mixes a day.

The Heavy Duty line includes the following models:

Continuous research in over 30 years of production has enabled us to achieve the best ratio between spiral revs and bowl revs. This optimisation produces a more even and cooler dough.

Our mixers can now be fitted with an inverter.
These are high-performing professional machines with technical and construction features that make them one of a kind. Benefiting from a history of successful models, they are used in many pizza and pastry making schools and have 10 motor rotation speeds in a range spanning 1000 to 3600 revs per minute. 

The possibility of managing different motor rotation speeds, with the right spiral and bowl ratio, enables all types of pizza dough to be made from traditional to high hydration.

We are pleased to present our range of 100% Made in Italy cutters designed to meet the ever expanding requirements of professional users. Featuring maximum ease of use, they are capable of carrying out an array of tasks in the kitchen: homogenising, mixing, slicing, dicing, mincing.

The TOP of the range machine in this line is the MAGNUM, designed specifically to meet the requirements of large-scale catering such as refectories, big hotels or anywhere needing to handle large volumes; it can also process small quantities as well.

PIZZA ROLLER

The pizza roller is designed to handle dough for pizza, bread, flatbread, focaccia, tarts, etc.

The machine works cold and does not alter the dough’s characteristics. The disc thickness is adjustable, while the diameter is directly dependent on roller length. The “R” and “RE” series are both fitted with two pairs of rollers. The former also comes with an electric foot pedal as standard. The RM model features one pair of rollers with 230 Volt single-phase power supply.
