Our Made in Italy line of professional electric fryers is made entirely of stainless steel with removable tanks for easy cleaning. The cooking basket is made of stainless-steel mesh.

The fryers can have one or two tanks, and some models are equipped with taps to facilitate the draining of used oil.

FRY TOPS

Our electric fry tops, made entirely of stainless steel, are countertop appliances for the professional grilling of vegetables, meat or fish. They are dedicated to bars, restaurants and hotels.

They can have a smooth or ribbed cooking surface, as well as a single or double plate.
