Our tray pizza and bread oven lines have been specifically designed to meet the pizzeria, the small bakery and restaurant’s multiple needs. They are modular lines and can be combined with each other.

All refractory bricks we use for baking are previously treated with a grinding operation of the surface, so as to allow a more  uniform baking.

The control electronics is equipped with a smart electronic control which allows for a precise management of the energy used and for the optimization of energy consumption.
